I’ve been trying to change my eating habits lately to include healthier foods, without compromising on taste. Sure, I could go on the boiled chicken breast and steamed vegetables diet, but I would have one angry husband to contend with and really, where’s the fun in that?
I’ve recently stumbled upon scallops. I always knew they were delicious, but not that they were so good for you. They contain no fat, minimal calories, and are loaded with minerals and vitamins, like vitamin B12 which is great for your cardiovascular health.
The challenge? Taking this:

and transforming it into a tasting of scallops in many different sauces and flavour combinations:
